How it works

Four steps, no phone tag.

  1. Step 01

    Pick your length

    Fifteen minutes, thirty, or a full hour. The calendar only shows what that length can actually fit.

  2. Step 02

    Pick your time

    Live availability, straight off the studio's own calendar. If it shows as open, it is open.

  3. Step 03

    Confirm

    You get an email confirmation and a calendar invite. So does the studio — automatically.

  4. Step 04

    Show up and talk

    Everything is set. Reschedule yourself from your account up to 24 hours out.

Questions

Before you book.

What do I need to bring?
Yourself, your guests, and your notes. Microphones, cameras, lighting, headphones and the recording rig are all here. If you want to record onto your own drive, bring a USB-C drive and we'll copy everything before you leave.
How many people fit in the studio?
Four seats with four microphones, all tracked separately. If you have a bigger panel in mind, ask us first — we can usually make it work with a little planning.
Can I bring a remote guest in?
Yes. Remote guests join over a link and are recorded on their side at full quality, so the interview doesn't sound like a phone call. Included with the full hour, available as an add-on to the 30-minute session.
When do I get my files?
Raw audio and video the same day, before you leave if you bring a drive. Edited and mixed episodes are a separate service — ask when you book and we'll quote it based on episode length.
What if I need to reschedule?
Sign in to your account and move or cancel the session yourself, up to 24 hours before the start time. Inside 24 hours, call the studio at 386-899-4986 and we'll do what we can.
Do you edit episodes as well as record them?
We do. Editing, mixing and mastering are priced per episode by length and complexity. Mention it on your booking and we'll follow up with a number before your session.
