The fine print, in plain words
How booking works.
Holding a slot
No card needed to book. The slot is yours the moment you confirm, and it disappears from the public calendar immediately.
Paying
Payment is taken at the studio unless we have agreed something else with you in advance. Recurring shows are invoiced monthly.
Moving or cancelling
Sign in and change it yourself up to 24 hours before the start time. Inside 24 hours, call us — we would rather move you than lose you.
Running over
If the room is free after your slot we will usually let you keep going, billed at the same rate. If it is booked, we have to stop on time.
