Privacy notice
Short version: we collect what we need to run your booking and answer your message, we keep it on our own server, and we don't sell it to anyone.
Who we are
Flagler Voice is a podcast and video recording studio at 4 Market Place Court, Unit C, Palm Coast, FL 32137. You can reach us at FlaglerVoice@gmail.com or 386-899-4986. We are the controller of the information described here.
What we collect
When you book a session
- Your name, email address and mobile number.
- Your show or business name, if you give one.
- The session you booked, when it is, how many people are coming, and any notes you added.
- If you create an account, a password — stored only as a one-way hash, never as text we or anyone else can read.
When you send us a message
- Your name, email address, phone number if you give one, and what you wrote.
- For advertising enquiries, your business name and the budget range you selected.
Automatically
- Standard web server logs — IP address, browser type, which pages were requested and when. These are used to keep the site working and secure.
- We do not use advertising trackers, third-party analytics profiling or cross-site cookies on this website.
Why we have it, and for how long
We use your booking details to hold your slot, to set the room up correctly, to send you a confirmation and a reminder, and to contact you if something about your session changes. We use your message to answer it. That is the whole list.
Booking records are kept while you are an active client and for up to seven years afterwards for ordinary business and tax records. Enquiries that never become bookings are kept for two years. You can ask us to delete either sooner — see below.
Who else sees it
- Google Calendar. Your session's date, time, length and your name are written to the studio's own Google Calendar so the team sees it on their phones. Google's handling of that data is governed by Google's privacy policy.
- Our email provider. Confirmations and reminders are sent by email, so your address passes through the mail service that delivers them.
- Our hosting. The site and its database run on a server we rent and control. Nobody else has access to it.
We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not share it with advertisers.
Cookies
If you sign in, we store an authentication token in your browser so you stay signed in. That is a functional necessity, not tracking, and it is cleared when you sign out. We set no advertising or analytics cookies.
Your choices
- See what we hold about you, or ask for a copy.
- Correct anything that is wrong — most of it you can edit yourself under your account.
- Ask us to delete your account and its booking history.
- Tell us to stop emailing you anything other than confirmations for sessions you booked.

Recordings
The audio and video recorded during your session belong to you. We hold the raw files only long enough to hand them over and, if you have asked for editing, to finish the work. We do not publish, licence or use your recordings for anything without your written say-so.
Children
This site is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. Minors are welcome to record with a parent or guardian present; the booking is made in the adult's name.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, passwords are hashed, and access to the booking database is restricted to the studio. No system is perfect, but we do not keep anything we don't need, which is the most effective protection there is.
Changes
If this notice changes materially we will update the date at the top and, for anything that affects existing clients, tell you by email.
